ArtesLex Law Firm lawyers have advised international company carrying on business in field of telecommunication solutions on certain matters of civil law and regulation of contractual relationships for the purposes of risks discovery and making corrections in the contracts with the counteragent.
We were applied to with request for provision of legal advice concerning certain matters of civil law and regulation of contractual relationships. Such advice was needed to the client for the purposes of legal risks discovery and making respective necessary corrections in the framework contracts with the counteragent aimed for avoidance of further disputes within cooperation.
During provision of the advice particular attention has been paid to practical application of the legislation governing such matters, with the aim of possible risk minimization.
