Legal team of ArtesLex provided advisory support to an international company operating in the telecommunications sector in connection with the need to assess potential legal risks associated with anticipated cooperation with a counterparty.
As part of the project, our lawyers conducted a comprehensive due diligence of the counterparty, which included an assessment of the company’s business practices and general policy, the reputation of its management, shareholders, and ultimate beneficial owners, as well as an analysis of litigation, enforcement, and criminal proceedings involving the counterparty.
The legal opinion delivered to the client was aimed at identifying, forecasting, and mitigating potential legal risks, while ensuring an appropriate level of legal protection for the client’s interests at every stage of the prospective cooperation.
Following the analysis, the client was provided with a set of practical recommendations designed to reduce the potential legal and regulatory risks related to future business activities.
