ARTESLEX have represented the client – Ukrainian company in field of wholesale trade – within complaining of unlawful actions of tax authorities’ officials in respect of issuing to the client of the tax audit act containing conclusions of designedly abusive kind.
Accordingly, our specialists initiated a range of applications to the prosecution service, law‑enforcement authorities, high ranking officials of the country, as well as to particular Members of Parliament with the purpose of showdown of facts of unlawful activity of tax authorities’ officials and accountability for the crimes.
As a result of the performed work, law-enforcement authorities initiated criminal proceeding and launched pre-trial investigation in relation to tax authorities’ officials on the basis of materials prepared by the specialists of ARTESLEX Law Firm. The investigation is ongoing at this stage.
