Arteslex lawyers have successfully represented the client engaged in the business of the recyclable materials trade within tax dispute which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in the amount of UAH 5,088,894.00.
As a result of the court hearings in respect of our client’s claim against the tax authorities, the Kyiv District Administrative Court delivered a Judgment in favour of our client, whereby the additional charge of taxes and penalties were ruled illegal, and respective decision of the tax authorities was cancelled.
However, the tax authorities officials filed an appeal claim against the decision.
At the same time, based on the results of the trial of this case, the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal fully approved our legal position and issued a Judgment on upholding of the decision of the Kyiv District Administrative Court, and on dismissing of the tax authority’s appeal claim.
