ArtesLex has advised the international law firm in respect of tax aspects within labour relations between foreign companies and Ukrainian citizens.
An advice was needed to foreign company with the aim of defining tax and legal risks related to possible ways of structuring of labour relations with Ukrainian citizens, as well as economic viability in respect of application of respective way of such structuring.
During provision of the advice particular attention has been paid to certain aspects of practical application of Double Tax Treaties in Ukraine. Comprehensive analysis of court practice and official interpretation by Ukrainian fiscal authorities regarding details of application of respective provisions of Double Tax Treaties has been made while drafting the advice.
Besides, certain recommendations were suggested by us with the aim of possible risk minimization, as well as purposed to relations structuring efficiency.
