ARTESLEX team has advised the international investment and financial group on the aspects of national legislation in the field of legal regulation of banking and financial activity, capital markets and anti-corruption policy in Ukraine.
The situation arose due to the fact that the client decided to expand into Ukraine with a number of investment projects. Therefore, we were requested to provide respective legal opinion that the client required in order to determine the risks and the consequences of investing into the economy of Ukraine, and, in particular, in certain areas of business activity.
During provision of the mentioned services, particular attention has been paid to practical application of the Ukrainian legislation governing such matters, with the aim of possible risk minimization. In addition, monitoring of the registered legislative drafts has been performed.
