As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against the fiscal authorities as initiated by our team, The Court delivered a Judgment that is in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the fiscal authorities’ decisions on the said additional charge.
