Specialists of ArtesLex have successfully represented the international company carrying on business in field of advertizing and PR within the dispute with tax authorities.
Such dispute arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in total amount of UAH 451,755.00.
As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against tax authorities, The Court of Appeal delivered a Judgment that was in favour of our client: The Court of Appeal ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decision of tax authorities on the said additional charge. Also, The Court of Appeal cancelled a Judgement of The Court of the first instance which initially adopted a position of tax authorities.
At this stage The High Administrative Court of Ukraine affirmed the abovementioned Judgement of The Court of Appeal.
