Criminal proceedings in relation to fraud by unfair employer have been registered

18.09.2018

ARTESLEX specialists have successfully stood upon the rights of the group of the aggrieved citizens in within the case on binding the prosecution service to register criminal proceedings and to carry out pre-trial investigation in respect of fraud by unfair employer who had refused to pay them wages.

The situation arose from applying to us by a group of the aggrieved citizens who had fallen the victims of fraud by unfair employer who had refused to pay them wages. These citizens, aided by us, reported to the prosecution service a crime upon fraud by unfair employer. Yet, the prosecution service denied, in violation of law, to initiate criminal proceedings and launch pre-trial investigation further to respective report.

Thus, our specialists, unwilling to put up with such abuse, launched judicial appeals against unlawful actions of the prosecution service. As a result of such appeals The Court ruled to bind the prosecution service to register criminal proceedings upon the mentioned violations.

Therefore, due to engagement of our lawyers, the actions of the prosecution service have been recognised unlawful, with pre-trial investigation in respect of unlawful actions of the unfair employer guilty of breach of the citizens’ rights being resumed.
