The lawyers of ARTESLEX have successfully represented a private entrepreneur undertaking activity of recyclable materials trade within the dispute with tax authorities which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in total amount of UAH 7,372,020.92.
As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against tax authorities as launched by our lawyers, The Court delivered a Judgment that was in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decisions of tax authorities on the said additional charge, as well as demand to pay debt issued by them.
