ArtesLex Law Firm team has successfully represented the private entrepreneur engaged in the business of transportation within the dispute with tax authorities which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in total amount of UAH 72,192.41.
As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against tax authorities as initiated by our lawyers, The Court delivered a Judgment that is in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decisions of tax authorities on the said additional charge.
