ARTESLEX lawyers have successfully represented the client engaged in the business of the recyclable materials trade within tax dispute which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in the amount of UAH 5,088,894.00.
As a result of the court hearings in respect of our client’s claim against the tax authorities, The Court delivered a Judgment in favour of our client, whereby the additional charge of taxes and penalties are ruled illegal, and respective decision of the tax authorities is cancelled.
