Tax dispute amounting to UAH 1,500,000.00 has been won

Specialists of ArtesLex Law Firm have successfully represented our client within the dispute with tax authorities.

Such dispute arose from refusal by the tax authorities to register in the Unified Tax Invoices Register the adjustment to the tax invoice amounting to UAH 1,500,000.00 tax obligation issued by the client. The tax invoice subject to adjustment had been made by the client by virtue of conditional sale due to VAT payer registration cancelation. Such cancelation had been unreasonably initiated by the tax authorities and, after all, had been recognized unlawful through litigation.

Our lawyers initiated the legal action before The Court aimed to oblige the tax authorities to register the mentioned adjustment in the Unified Tax Invoices Register. As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against tax authorities, The Court delivered a Judgment that was in favour of our client: The Court obliged the tax authorities to register in the Unified Tax Invoices Register the adjustment to the tax invoice issued by the client.
