ArtesLex Law Firm team has successfully represented our client – Ukrainian company in field of wholesale trade – in the Court of Appeal within the dispute with tax authorities which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in total amount of UAH 27,885.00.
As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against tax authorities as initiated by our team, The Court of the first instance delivered a Judgment that is in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decision of tax authorities on the said additional charge.
At this stage The Court of Appeal affirmed the abovementioned Judgement of The Court of the first instance.
