As it turned out to the client, the proprietary rights for his land plot had been unlawfully registered in favour of unknown third person, without the client being notified or signing any documents by him. Therefore, the client applied to us with the request to regain his legal ownership of the land plot.

Due to this decision, the genuine owner’s proprietary rights for the land plot have been recognized.
Therefore, unlawfully withdrawn land plot has been returned to our client through involvement of our lawyers!
