ArtesLex lawyers have once again successfully protected the rights of a group of companies engaged in the production of the metal and the rubber products for packing, as well as their officials, within the process of returning of the property that was unlawfully seized during searches in the course of the criminal proceedings.
In particular, our specialists have initiated a pre-trial procedure in the case by submitting a number of petitions to the investigating authorities and the prosecutor’s office, as well as conducted negotiations on possible consequences in the event of non-return of the illegally seized property to its rightful owners.
As a result of the work carried out, with the participation of our lawyers, the investigators have returned to their rightful owners the property seized during the searches without bringing the case to trial in court.
