ArtesLex specialists have successfully represented the interests of Ukrainian company in field of engineering solutions within the dispute with the fiscal authorities which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in total amount of UAH 797,743,00.
As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against the fiscal authorities as initiated by our team, The Court had delivered a Judgment in favour of our client: The Court had ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the fiscal authorities’ decisions on the said additional charge.
As a result of court hearing in The Court of Appeal the abovementioned Judgement of The Court of the first instance had been affirmed.
However, the tax authorities officials filed the cassation to The Supreme Court against the mentioned court decisions.
As a result of court hearing of this case The Supreme Court maintained our legal position and affirmed the abovementioned decisions, with the cassation of the tax authorities being ruled out.
