Tax dispute has been won amounting to UAH 5,090,000.00

ARTESLEX specialists have successfully represented the client – a private entrepreneur engaged in the business recyclable materials trade – within tax dispute which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in approximate amount of UAH 5,090,000.00.

As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against fiscal authorities, The Court delivered a Judgment that is in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decision of fiscal authorities on the said additional charge.
