Additional charge of taxes has been cancelled at the stage of administrative (pre-trial) appeals

ArtesLex Law Firm team has provided comprehensive legal support to the private entrepreneur engaged in the business of transportation in respect of administrative (pre-trial) appeals against unlawful additional charge by tax authorities of taxes and penalties in total amount of UAH 74,406.92.

As a result of administrative (pre-trial) appeals the State Tax Service of Ukraine issued a decision according to which additional charge of taxes and penalties to the client was declared illegal and the decisions of tax authorities on the said additional charge were cancelled.
