The situation arose from issuing by the fiscal authorities to the client of the tax notification, in which additional charges of taxes were adjusted.
Yet, at the stage of administrative (pretrial) appeal against tax notification, our specialists managed to convince the fiscal authorities’ officials of unlawfulness of such tax notification. In particular, as a result of consideration of the complaint against unlawful tax notification prepared by our lawyers, the fiscal authorities’ officials reached conclusions on rightfulness of provided by us grounds and on necessity of cancelation of tax notification.
Hence, as a result of administrative (pretrial) appeals against unlawful tax notification, the fiscal authorities reached conclusions on unlawfulness of additional charges of taxes previously adjusted by them. Thereafter, the disputed tax notification was cancelled.
