ArtesLex Law Firm team has advised an international trust company in respect of transfer of assets abroad.
An advice was needed to the client who considered opportunity of setting up a business in Ukraine in field of cross-border investment activity. With this in view, the client was interested in ways and process of transfer of various types of assets abroad.
