ArtesLex Law Firm have advised the well-known pharma company in respect of legal and tax aspects of implementation of the transaction on capital contribution into the company in form of right of claim of the foreign company against such company in exchange for the equity rights.
An advice was needed to the client with the aim of defining tax and legal risks, as well as estimating of possible ways of structuring of contractual relations while doing business and economic viability in respect of application of such structuring.
