ArtesLex Law Firm team has advised the international law firm on incomes declaring in Ukraine by foreign citizens.
An advice was needed to international company with the aim of finding out whether there are obligations to file by its employee, a foreign citizen, the Property Status and Income Tax Return, as well as finding out the terms and the procedures connected with incomes declaring and the Personal Income Tax paying in Ukraine.
During provision of the advice particular attention has been paid to certain aspects of practical application of Double Tax Treaties in Ukraine. Comprehensive analysis of court practice and official interpretation by Ukrainian fiscal authorities regarding details of application of respective provisions of Double Tax Treaties has been made while drafting the advice.
