We were applied to with the request for provision of legal advice concerning registration of legal entities abroad, procedure of opening and closing of accounts abroad in certain tax jurisdictions, as well as tax treatment under the law of certain countries. Such legal advice was necessary for the client in order to consider feasibility of registration of another legal entity for the purpose of tax optimization.
