ArtesLex Law Firm team has advised the international law firm on tax aspects related with the online-service functioning.
Our company was applied to with a request for provision of respective legal advice which was needed to the owner of the online-service with the aim of defining tax and legal risks related to possible ways of structuring of the online-service relationships with its users and services providers. In particular, the client was interested both in legal advice and in working out of the contracts considering compliance with the tax laws.
During provision of the advice particular attention has been paid to practical application of the Ukrainian legislation governing such matters, with the aim of possible risk minimization. Also comprehensive analysis of court practice has been made against the possibility of potential tax dispute.
Besides, the drafts contracts have been worked out by us with the view of support for functioning of the mentioned online-service within the relationships with its users and services providers.
