Advising on taxation of grant of the shares to the employees

Our firm has advised the international company on taxation of grant of the shares of the non-resident employer company to the employees.

Such advice was needed to the client for the purposes of exploring the tax structuring options and with the aim of defining possible tax effects related with some bonuses programs for the employees.

During provision of the mentioned services, we suggested basic approaches of structuring of the legal relations with the employees considering best possible ways from the tax optimisation point of view.
