ARTESLEX specialists successfully defended the interests of an enterprise engaged in the production of the light metal packs, within a judicial appeal against the actions of the law enforcement agencies related to the illegal seizure of the computer equipment, the employees’ devices, and the accounting documents during searches within the framework of the criminal proceedings.
In particular, our lawyers initiated a judicial appeal against the unlawful actions of the law enforcement agencies’ officials, whose officials had seized the client’s property.
As a result of such appeal, the Court has delivered a decision, by which our appeal has been approved, the law enforcement agencies’ officials have been obliged to immediately return to the client all the property and documents seized during the searches.
