ArtesLex Law Firm have advised the international investment and financial group on the aspects of national legislation in the field of legal regulation of establishing and registering of a new banking structure in Ukraine.
The client approached to us due to the decision to expand the business in Ukraine with an investment project in the field of banking. Therefore, we were requested to provide the legal opinion that the client needs in order to determine the risks and consequences of the client’s business plan in general, and, in particular, within the process of establishing of a new banking structure.
During provision of the mentioned services, particular attention has been paid to practical application of the Ukrainian legislation governing such matters, with the aim of possible risk minimization. In addition, monitoring of the registered legislative drafts has been performed.
