Attorneys of ArtesLex Law Firm have successfully stood upon the rights of the company engaged in construction and real estate business within corporate dispute amounting to UAH 282,780.00 with one of the company’s participants.
The dispute itself was initiated by the participant who filed a lawsuit to The Court seeking recovery of UAH 282,780.00 from the client. The claims under the lawsuit were reasoned by the grounds that the value of his share in the client’s charter capital made up the mentioned amount.
Nevertheless, at the court hearing our specialists proved groundlessness of the claims under the opponent’s lawsuit, as well as due compliance by the client and the client’s officials with all obligations to all the participants under the chartered documents and the laws in force.
As a result of court hearings involving our specialists The Court delivered a Judgment according to which our legal grounding was approved and the claim of the opponent against our client was dismissed.
