ArtesLex specialists have successfully represented the interests of a private entrepreneur engaged in the business of transportation within the dispute with the fiscal authorities which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in total amount of UAH 97,390.00.
As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against the fiscal authorities as initiated by our team, The Court delivered a Judgment that is in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the fiscal authorities’ decisions on the said additional charge.
