ArtesLex Law Firm team has successfully represented the international company engaged in the business of food industry within the dispute with tax authorities.
Such dispute arose as a result of unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in amount of approximately UAH 300,000.00.
As a result of court hearing The Court of Appeal delivered a Judgment that was in favour of our client: The Court of Appeal ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decision of tax authorities on the said additional charge. Also, The Court of Appeal cancelled a Judgement of The Court of the first instance which initially adopted a position of tax authorities.
