ARTESLEX attorneys have successfully represented the citizens being the officials of company in field of wholesale trade before law‑enforcement authorities within complaining of unlawful actions of the Tax Police officials in respect of unlawful seizure of property during the search, as well as of range of other procedural infractions.

As a result of complaining of unlawful actions of the Tax Police officials, prosecution authorities initiated criminal proceeding and launched pre-trial investigation in relation to the Tax Police officials further to the applications of attorneys of ARTESLEX Law Firm. All the suffered persons have been recognized as aggrieved persons. The investigation is ongoing at this stage.
