ArtesLex lawyers have successfully represented an international company within litigation in respect of binding the pre-trial investigation authorities to register the criminal proceedings and fulfil pre-trial investigation upon unlawful actions of the unfair persons against the client.
The situation arose because of, as it came to the client’s knowledge, unfair acts by the third persons aimed at unlawful acquisition of monetary funds and decrease of the client’s profits.
Considering such acts as patently illegal, the client addressed to the law-enforcement authorities with an application on criminal offence. However, the law-enforcement authorities denied, in violation of law, to register the criminal proceedings.
Thus, our specialists launched judicial appeals against unlawful denial to register the criminal proceedings. As a result of such appeals, the Court declared illegal the actions of the law-enforcement authorities, as well as ruled and bound respective officials to register the criminal proceedings and launch pre-trial investigation upon the facts of illegal actions against the client.
