In particular, in order to legally protect the client’s proprietary rights, our attorneys initiated filing of the complaint to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine with a demand to cancel the groundless state registration of the land plot for the unknown third person. During preparation of the complaint and providing of the explanation on the merits, our attorneys have collected and submitted indisputable evidences directly proving execution of the state registration of the land ownership for an offender on the basis of the falsified documents.
As a result of consideration of the complaint, the Ministry of Justice has issued the decision on the complete approval of the complaint and cancelation of the state registration of the land ownership for the unknown third person.
