In particular, our specialists initiated submission of an appeal to The Court against unlawful actions of senior investigator of the Tax Militia. As a result of such appeal The Court delivered a Judgment that was in favour of our client: The Court has bound senior investigator of the Tax Militia to redeliver to the client the property which had been seized from him during the search.
