Lawyers of ARTESLEX law firm have represented a company in field of wholesale trade within the dispute with tax authorities which arose from unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in total amount of UAH 2,310,375.00.
As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against tax authorities as initiated by our team, The Court delivered a Judgment that is in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decisions of tax authorities on the said additional charge.
