ARTESLEX specialists have effectually represented the international company engaged in the business of food industry within the dispute with tax authorities which arose as a result of unlawful additional charge of taxes and penalties in amount of approximately UAH 800,000.00.
After court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against tax authorities, The Court delivered a Judgment that was in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decisions of tax authorities on the said additional charge.
