ArtesLex specialists have successfully represented the interests of a company conducting business in gas sector within commercial dispute with the state monopoly company regarding debt recovery from the client amounting to UAH 188,210.00.
As a result of court hearing The Court of Appeal delivered a Judgment according to which the claim against our client was dismissed.
