ArtesLex has provided a company operating in the field of engineering solutions with an advise on the certain aspects of taxation of some business transactions.
The situation arose due to the fact that, due to legislative innovations, the client was considering the options to bring certain business transactions in line with the updated requirements of law. Thus, we were requested to provide a legal opinion in order to determine current risks for the client, as well as for the purposes of structuring of respective transactions and determining the legal options of further client’s business.
During provision of the mentioned services, particular attention has been paid to the practical application of the legislation governing such matters, with the aim of possible risk minimization. In addition, monitoring of the registered legislative drafts has been performed.
