As a result of court hearing in respect of our client’s claim against tax authorities as initiated by ArtesLex lawyers, The Court delivered a Judgment that is in favour of our client: The Court ruled additional charge of taxes and penalties illegal and cancelled the decisions of tax authorities on the said additional charge.
