ArtesLex Law Firm attorneys have effectually represented the international telecommunication company within the dispute with the tax authorities amounting to UAH 884,288.00.
The situation arose because of denial by the tax authorities of return to the client of excessive taxes paid. They failed to pay to the client the amount of such taxes for a long period despite numerous applications by the company.
Thus, our specialists launched administrative (pre-trial) appeals purposed to oblige the tax authorities jointly with the treasury authorities to pay to the client the mentioned amount.
