The lawyers of ARTESLEX have successfully stood upon the client’s rights in a court dispute in respect of termination of the contract and compensation of damages.
The situation arose due to entering by the client and his partners into a number of contracts, agreements and deals related to purchase of the property and further cooperation. However, at the stage of performing of the agreement, the client had claims against the counterparties in terms of non-fulfillment of certain obligations.
Therefore, our specialists were urged to proceed with protection of the violated rights and initiated the legal action before The Court with a claim on termination of the concluded contracts and compensation for losses caused by unfulfilled obligations. As a result of court hearings in respect of our client’s civil claim, Shevchenkivskiy District Court of the city of Kyiv delivered a Judgment in favour of our client. The claim was completely satisfied: the concluded contract was terminated by the Court, with all the claimed losses amounting to UAH 1,708,085 being recovered in favour of our client.
