Attorneys of ArtesLex Law Firm have smoothly represented a citizen in the process of returning of personnel effects seized during the search in the course of criminal proceedings.

In particular, our specialists initiated submission of range of petitions and applications to the Tax Police authorities and the prosecution service, as well as held negotiations concerning probable consequences in case of non return of the seized property.

As a result of the performed work, the Tax Police officials have, with the participation of our attorneys, returned the property seized during the search.
